Rooting hormone

Some posts refer to using rooting hormone (on keikis, sick plants, divisions, etc.). Is this the same rooting hormone I can pick up in the garden center and use for cuttings of house and garden plants? Or is there something special for orchids? -- Bill

There probably are some that say that they're specifically for orchids, but I think that they all work. I use Superthrive and Dyna Grow K-L-N.

my local nursery sell auxin. But there were research who showed that you need
cytokinin also . You can use 10% coconut water with that.
