Help with another new purchase

Hi all,
i wanted your advice on a new purchase. i rescued this vanda (or ascocenda-it's a noid) from my local bonsai/orchid dealer. It was potted with what looked to be a good root system and a blasted spike. I cut the spike and after submerging in bathtub found that most of the roots belonged to another plant that had grown into it's pot. Pics are attached, i've cut and cinnamoned some fungus areas, what can i do to save this plant?Sphag and bag?, moss...?
Any help appreciated
Thank you

Hard to see quite how many roots it has, but if its started tangling round the basket, any attempt to remove it will cause further damage.

Keep it in a humid spot, but with good air circulation.

Depending on your temps, water it daily, just make sure you give the roots to dry before nightfall.

It looks pretty healthy, It should grow more roots soonish and be back in business

There should be a Vanda culture sheet somewhere, If you follow that you cant go wrong
