| When I was reading up on Ascofinetia a little while back, I was getting contradictory information on its watering requirements. A couple of articles I read stated that it should be kept evenly moist. Some others stated that it should be somewhat dry before rewatering. What they did agree on is that they are intermediate to warm growers and like bright Catt. like light. One reference also stated that they had better success mounting them because potted ones were sometimes prone to root rot. If you just recently brought it home, the blasting could be caused by the environmental change to the plant. |

| Hi Tobi! I'm thinking it's the evironmental change... it has been cooler in the atrium the past week... 65-72F. The plant itself is in very loose coco fiber inside a little clay pot. The roots are fine and I mist it every day. |
