Paph wentworthianum

I am growing P.wentworthianum on a mix which include coconut husk. They seem to doing ok. My problem now is- I would like my orchids to bloom.

I understand that there are plant growth regulators/hormones that would entice orchids to bloom as in other flowering plants.

I would like information on what plant regulators would achive this and where I order supplies from.

Thanks in advance for any assistance
