worm tea and paphs

Hi all
I'm about to take the worm tea plung, but i still have some questions.
1 is it good for paphs and prags?
2 how often is it used?
3 is it watered or sprayed or both?
4 when you mix it how long is it good for.
Thanks
Joe

I have been using it on my Paphs for about 6 months with success.

I spray the leaves with a fairly diluted mix (don't know the dilution) about every four days and I spray a stronger mix into the media so that I don't over saturate it, and that is on an "as required basis" depending on the moisture content as per the "skewer method".

I only mix enough to fill a pump action spray bottle of about 1.7 litres and leave the rest in the containers it comes in with the lids loosened to allow the microbes to get air.

When finished spraying, I undo the spray bottle to release the pressure, and loosen the lid on that bottle also to allow air to the microbes in the mixed preparation.

I buy it from a local garden shop and they have their own worm farm, so they can't give me a specific strength on it as they are not that scientific with their approach to harvesting it.

Therefore with me it is a try and see as far a dilutions go. With the stuff available in the States, there seems to be a bit more scientific approach to its production.

Maybe Jerry can give you more precise info on dilutions.

Hope this is of some help.
