Can anyone let me know where can I source cork mounting blocks ?

Thanks Bolero, in the Bali Orchid Gardens they use the tree fern mounts and told me they are the best thing for mounting. they don't use cork.

Easy Orchids also have other goods I have been searching for as well such as the spring loaded clips. Can't get them here in Adelaide.

Tinonee Orchids (NSW) and Australian Orchid Nursery (Vic) also sell cork.

Now it's a tossup between cork and tree fern.

Depends on what you want to mount. Treefern holds a lot more water than cork. If you're mounting something that likes to dry out quickly, cork is probably preferable. If you are going to go down the treefern route, use Cyathea. Dicksonia mounts, which are often more common in garden centres, are more inclined to become acidic over time.
