| jay, Here's some info which hopefully will be helpful for you:
Paph praestans is a obsolete synonym for Paph glanduliferum which is the correct name for that species. Your hybrid (supardii x glanduliferum) has been registered and named. It is Paph Mark Eickhoff. So you can correct your tag.
Both parents come from the tropical islands of SE Asia, more specifically New Guinea and Borneo and are both members of the Coryopedlum Section of Paps (the large multi-floral Paphs). As such they are best grown with intermediate to warm temperatures, with fairly high humidity preferably in the 60-80% range. While the species are sometimes found in full sun I wouldn't recommend this in cultivation and suggest bright indirect light instead. Keep them evenly moist (never dry but never soggy). Other than having yellow leaves your plant looks healthy, no leaf spots, rot or crumpled/pleated leaves. I think the leaves are yellow because of too intense light. I'd expect the plant will recover given good culture.
It's an interesting and unusual Paph. Paph supardii was only recently brought into cultivation (maybe 20 years ago or so) so isn't widely seen nor ar its hybrids.
Cheers!
