| Cymbidium care Mind you, I am not complaining, but are there summer blooming cyms? I repoted one in late spring 2006 and the first thing it did was bloom. It never bloomed in the summer before. Now, the same plant is spiking along with a second plant. Both are no name cyms. We have had an rather cool summer, until the last few days, & I am wondering if the cool nights has prompted this spiking. Your input would be appreciated.      |

| i don't know if there are "sumer blooming" cymbids, but there are "warm growing" cymbids like Cymbidium sinense. Cymbidium Golden Elf is one such warm grower. I've not grown these those so I do not know in which season they bloom.
