my vanda mimi palmer is budding!!!

I took 3 babies off this plant not too long ago and has been observing if it is suffering
from the separation of babies.. but today I found this.. Not really a clear picture of
the bud coming out.. but here it is.. I can't wait for it's jasmine smell..

That's great! I'm excited for the blooms, too, because I have one, but not in spike, yet. I guess, I have to wait a little longer than you. When yours bloom, please post a pic.

Looks great. 3 sets of roots and a bud out of 7 'nodes' must mean it is very healthy

I am just curious : 'Where do babies come from'?

Do they appear as runners or keikis ?

I was referring to the vanda babies. I tried to get some info on the 'net but I could not get it.

p.s. :I will spend part of the weekend reading about the physiology of human reproduction
