| Cymbidium care I have heard and read that cyms need a drying out period in the late summer & early fall to get a better bloom out of them. Is this correct? If so, when should I start decreasing the water. I live in NorCalif and it can be very hot during the late summer and early fall months so I am a little skeptical about decreasing the water. Can someone give me some guidence on this. Thanks David      |

| Go to www.aos.org and click on culture sheets and get a Cymbidium culture sheet. I'm very suspicious of the advice you were given as Cymbids are semi-terrestrials and, at least where I live, are kept moist year round.
