Rossioglossum?

The misidentified (I thought it was a Catt.) orchid has just started to bloom.

There are about 5 spikes coming out but none of them are big.

Could this be a Rossioglossum?

pikevi by the look of the ps bulbs it looks more like a Zygo

Yup it's a Zygo hybrid of some kind.

I like to bring this orchid indoors to my study table. Would the change affect the longevity of the flowers and/or the other spikes that are coming up?

The room has NO special lighting. But gets about 2 hours of sunlight through a window (with lace sheers) in the morning. And, of course, the regular room lighting and a table lamp.

Does anyone know?

I think this one was pretty fast in blossoming fully from the initial spike stage.

One of my Rodriguezias has been 'spiking' for almost 2 months and I am tired of 'looking' at it everyday

Thos leaves look like Zygo.

I only have one, which was a rescue plant (in my avatar) and it is just about done blooming.

I will post a picture of another Rosioglossum I bought last week. I re-potted it today.

I hope it will have nicely coloured flowers too!
