| I found this little charmer at Lowe's the other day and just had to bring her home. She's actually a deeper purple than the pic reflects and the flowers are about 1/2 the size of my other Phals. Also, am going to Carter and Holmes Nursery on my birthday this week and I can hardly wait. Considering buying my first Paph. All of you Paph. fans out there, I would appreciate any pearls of wisdom. Thanks, Lisa

| I think they are very easy to grow. I water them the same as phals, and they look great. And happy birthday!!! Here are a few paphs:

| Tamara, those are beautiful. You say you water them the same as phals. Do paphs require less light? Boxerfan, go for it. You have done a beautiful job so far. Happy Birthday to you. 21?

| Oh boy, Boxerfan, you need to look at Anton's Orchid show Part 2. You'll be getting paphs as fast as you can after seeing that display!

| This one is number 45 and you couldn't pay me to go back to 21, that was the year that I dropped out of college and enlisted in the Coast Guard. I'm proud to be a vet, but have no desire to be in any branch of the service these days! Fred, thanks for the cake

They take on the form of little birds, of lizards, of insects, a man, a woman, sometimes like a clown who excites our laughter. They represent the image of a lazy tortoise, a melancholy toad, an agile, ever-chattering monkey. Nature has formed orchid flowers in such a way that, unless they make us laugh, they surely excite our greatest admiration." Jacob Breynius |
