Question Knobs growing on Oncid

I have knobs, bumps, I don't know what to call them growing on my Oncid. Are these new bulbs that are to be replanted? Just guessing. I wait for the pros.

do you mean, that a group of leaves coming from a point in the medium, appear to be fattening out, and starting to look like a bulb? This is perfectly normal and great, it will likely put out more leaves and then flower.

A flower spike will come from in between the leaves on the side of the bulb. Each bulb is capable of growing a new bulb that will inevitably bloom. Some plants bloom on a mature bulb, others on an immature bulb.

Wow, if this is the case, I have a bulb like growth on all eleven pbulbs in my six inch pot! Is it normal for all to be growing like this? Will I get 11 stalks next bloom? Or is this just potential?
