| Pikevi, I'm not familiar with Rodriguezia so I don't know what it's new growth or spike would look like , I might have to see where it's coming out of...sorry. |

| I've only ever seen a handful of Rodriguezia at nuseries or in shows, usually grown up into large multiple growth plants with lots of spikes and flowers. Each individual growth however was not that large. Enjoy your success. If you get a chance please post some pics of the flowers when it blooms. ![]()

| update: After almost three months the 'spike' is opening. But it looks more like a leaf than a spike now. I will post a picture tomorrow.
