| Dear mdomingz,
Welcome to the forum. I will start with the last plant (the last 2 pics) first. It is some kind of Mormodes, Cycnoces, or perhaps a Catasetum. It's impossible to be more specific until it blooms. It looks like you have a small fan of leaves on this plant? It is in its growing cycle. Give it lots of water and try to give it light similar to the light it would get n the tree in which you found it. The new growth will grow fast and after the bulb/cane has fattened up like the old canes, the plant will loose all of its leaves and go through a dormant stage and look like a dead stick for a few months. During this time they may have some humidity, but no water. Near the end of the rest period it may bloom. You will eventually see a small sprout coming from the base. When it is about 1cm you may start watering lightly, gradually increasing as it grows and begins to develop roots. When in growth (now) it likes lots of water.
Moving backwards to your second plant (the 2nd and 3rd pics), I believe this is some type of Maxilaria. Again I can't be completely sure until it blooms. So many orchids have plant parts that look identical, the only way to identify them is by their flowers. Maxilarias (I hafe a few) seem to like even moisture, not soggy but never dry, watered evenly all year. Some like to be kept cool while others prefer the warmth. Until we see your bloom and positively identify it we can't tell if it is a warm or cool grower.
The first plant....I have no idea what it is, sorry.
