Looks like Happy Sap to me! Lots of critters try to eat it cause it's basically sugar the plant has produced in excess. I find bee's, ants, wasps, and other critters always going after it. I even tasted it once. LOL

No worries...

Sometimes it's referred to as honeydew, some people call it happy sap like Shann did. There's a scientific explanation for why that happens, something to do with osmotic pressure or something, I don't quite recall. It's just sugar and water. It's perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. Most orchids produce honeydew on their flower spikes.

And yes, I taste it occasionally haha. It's nothing impressive, just sweet.

I've got a Degarmoara in bloom on my desk at school, and yesterday I had to tell one of my kids, "Dude, seriously... quit licking my plant" hahahahaha

Yours def appears to be happy sap. But always check for aphids they love new buds and blooms also and they also produce the honey dew siubstance. From your pics I'm not seeing any aphids. So yeah its happy sap for sure.
