first dendrobium

I've never seen this but it almost looks natural to it. It may be in its genetics from its parents or parent to a specific type of Den. Maybe someone can point out part of its heratage by this significant feature . I don't have one with the veining but I do have one that has some purple in its canes and mine with the purple is Den victoria-reginae. But again its not veined like that.

is it possibly a residue of its flowering genetics as in other flowering plants..i want to note that the veins have a rich violet pigmentation !

What color were the blooms?

i guess burgundy and white

Well, it will be interesting to watch...if there is some correlation between the vein color and the bloom color.
