Hard to know what you might be doing wrong w/out knowing what you are doing.

Let us know what culture you're currently giving the plant and we'll see if we can help you figure it out.

I'm NO expert, but have you just bought this plant? If so it could be an adjustment to the new home?

I really don't know what you mean as to what Culture I am using, but I will give a general rundown of what I do in their care.
I did split this plant into three pots it was so choked up. I use Worm Tea, Essentials and Combination kind of a 3 in 1 mix. I also use MSU Orchid Fertilizer, 1/4 teasp per gallon in the Worm Tea mix. I grow some plants under lights and some in an East Bay window. These Oncidiums usually are kept under lights. Every one of the pots is blooming and as I said the roots look great. This is the first year after the split into individual pots and they are sending out loads of new psuedobulbs. they look very healthy except for the yellow leaves that have been popping up. Thank you.

Hmmm, I have had some of my Oncidiums have there leaves turn yellow. When they do it is usually because the pbulb is old and the leaf is dying back. Your look quite similar to mine in that sense. Can you get a picture of some new leaves? Try epsom salt in your water when feeding your plants. This seems to really green mine up, I really believe they soak up the fertilizer better when using epsom salts. That is just my opinion, I am certainly no expert. Do you mist your plant at all?

I just noticed it looks like your cutting the tips of the leaves as they turn colors. If your doing this are you using a sterile pair of scissors?

I have my Twinkle under lights and the leaves turned yellow when I put it to close to the light.
