new addition

Thought I'd share my new addition with you all, a little oncidium that I couldn't resist. If I get some time this afternoon, I'm going back to the nursery to buy a paph. Only problem is, I can't decide which one to get. Either the yellow/burgundy or white/plum. My pockets are getting empty but my impulses for more are outta control!

P.S. Anton, I know....these photos are a wee bit out of focus but I'll get there!

What a beauty, sandra4453.

I bought 3 Oncidiums yesterday without blooms.

None of you are helpful to those who are in 'addiction recovery' phase!!

May be I should leave this forum so that my yearning will stop

Pekevi,

Fuggetaboutit! I'm the worst influence when it comes to giving in to temptation! Impulsive is my middle name....with orchids (well, ok...pizza too). It's amazing how I keep telling myself I've got no more room for another plant and yet, I always manage to make plenty of it!

Fred, when we Americans come to Aussie Land for Anton's barby, I don't know about the rest of the gang but I think I need to see what's cookin in your GH too! If any end up missing, we'll blame it on the dingo!!!!

Pekevi, he's a real tease, this Fred of ours!

I really don't have room for any more orchids.

I have to somehow find some room for the last batch

I hope the weather will improve so that I can take some of the other plants (not orchids) outdoors.

I think I am becoming a masochist

Sandra, try uturning your flash on and re photograph them, see how that goes.

I still have plenty of room in MY GH !

Can't wait for the Royal Adelaide Show to come along, it is equivalent to a State country fair. The have a massive flower display, mostly orchids.

I am putting ALL my nickels and dimes away that Genny gives me for pocket money to buy an icecream if I'm a good boy.

I wish !

Money and me have never been friends, we part company too easily.

Let's just say I am on probation and "she who must be obeyed" is my parole officer where money is concerned.

As far as I am concerned, money is meant for one thing, and I do that one thing very well.

Thank you.

I usually take pictures of my orchids ones a month (at least). So I know what has been going on every month for the past few years.

Wish you a happy belated birthday, tamara.

Nice orchids and a very nice lawn. My lawn is getting worse and worse by the year because of my fruit trees all around

flowerchild: I wish I could do it but I am very selfish when it comes to plants. When I get rid of the last piece of furniture I will consider your suggestion

Be patient: it is more likely to happen than not

fred: nice roots
