How DO You Heat Your GH / HH ?

Is there a cheap, clean way to heat a green house or glass house other than electricity.

My power bill is quite high through winter due to our reverse cycle ducted airconditioning, so I am looking for a cheaper alternative to heat my GH, if there is one.

I am looking at propane gas powered tent heaters as these are designed for low emmissions. Here's one type I was looking at, open for comments, suggestions.

This model can be attached to a 6 Kg gas bottle which evidently will give 2 weeks of use.

Lucinda Brown is on a distinguished road
Hi Anton,I use propane heat for mine.I have 2 propane heaters, but usually only have need of one.The extra is for extremely cold days which I don't imagine you have too many of where you're at.Sometimes it works out cheaper to use than electricity, sometimes not. I have a 100 pound tank and a 40 lb. I like to keep a spare in case I run out at a bad time,as happened once.
