| Spikes on Paphs and miltoniopsis
My blooms are still good, but I was wondering when the time comes and they die off, what do I do with the spikes on my paphs and miltoniopsis? Iv never had these before so any help would be nice.

some poeple say that once the flowers have died you should cut the spike off, but i wait until the spike goes brown, a couple of my plants have un expectedly sub-spiked, i dont believe paphs can do this, but until one of our paph people can help, thats my bobs worth  ,good luck, and congrats on the spike, be sure to show us plenty of photo's

As Michael mentioned...this is what I do. I have both types you are mentioning and I just wait until the spikes die back befor I cut them.
