Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is a..

..Phal. Equestris, probably, right?

Got this as a rescue, has one decent bloom (the one in the picture) so I snapped the photo quickly before I repotted it.
There are 6 in a big decorative bowl, with..mush...as a medium.
They're my grandma's, and it's been standing for a month while she was away. They were a gift to her too, and she knows my hobby (read: obsession) is orchids so..

There are so many hybrids out there that look similar to equestris, I extremely doubt that it is. But, the care will he similar, cause it is obvious that it has a lot of it in its background.

As Cody says - its a Phal - but probably not a species (equestrius). Care for it with Phal culture and it will reward you for years to come with beautiful flowers.

It sure looks like it's got a least a good portion of equestris in it...maybe Be Tris or Be Glad?

Whatever it is, I would "Be Happy" with it!

Are you saying there are 6 plants or 6 spikes in that pot? Either way, That is one lucky rescue!

Thanks guys, I knew it, ofcourse, but one could hope.

On the other hand, it has obviously so much in it, it's good enough for me! I'm halfway repotting, there were 6 plants in the decorative pot, with two spikes each. They have slightly mottled leaves, like a schilleriana, but smaller spots. The roots were very healthy, and there was only one with slightly floppy leaves. But hey, not bad for plants that haven't been watered in more than a month!

I have so much plants now, I'd have thought the b/f would go ape**** crazy, but no yay for me!
