Bulbs growing up!

Can anyone guide me in what to do about my Enc. prismatocarpa? The new p'bulbs are growing up and away from the medium. I just repotted a month ago, and I see the new roots coming down. Should I leave it this way?

Maybe just add a little more medium so that it is slightly mounded up towards the base of the p'bulbs. Just my two cents.

Personally I do nothing. The mature bulbs take care of feeding the smaller ones until their root system is strong enough to keep them alive and even then they will share nutriments. Soon the root system of the new bulb will shoot down in the medium and will get bigger.

Wow that looks great!!! I guess when its time to repot that will be taken care of my fragrans is creeping across its pot like this looking 1/2 up rooted but are fine. The roots aren't drying out or anything. I guess watch for that, if any signs of that just schooch some media up on the roots when they go down into the media as they grow the pb's need to be above the media.
Good job with this one its looking great !!
