Personally, I would just leave it there. If you want to propagate the plant, you could let the keiki mature a bit more and then carefully separate it and pot it up. It's really a matter of what you prefer, the plant will be happy with either approach.

since it doesn't appear to have any roots of its own, removing it would just mean its death. if you want to remove it, wait until there are sufficient roots showing, then it's just a simple matter of slicing it off with a razor blade and potting the baby up.
