My poor Phal bellina

I just wanted to share some pics to see if this is normal for my phal bellina. I posted another thread asking about humidity, and in particular I was worried about my Phalaenopsis bellina's roots that are sticking out of the sphagnum moss. To me, they look sunburned, but I am a REAL newbie, I just started becoming interested in orchids at the end of May 2011 when I got a few for my birthday.

Here's a pic of my sad, sad bellina:

Is this normal? Is it just time for the flower to get old and fall off?

Here's the backside of the plant. The brownish powder on the leaf is ground cinnamon.

I'm sad and worried about it, because I really like the bellinas, and I have quite a few violacea seedlings that I want to grow. Also it has a second spike on it, which is pretty cool. There are more buds near the flower that's wilting as well. Is it normal for the edges of the petals to get black?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Edit: sorry I'm really dumb when it comes to posting images on forums

Edit Edit: Hooray! I found how to post pics on here! note to self: visit the newbie section more often.
Edit Edit Edit: Nevermind, could only upload one photo, the first one. That's enough frustration for a while.

While I can't enlarge the second image, I'd say from the first image you have a spent bloom. From what I can tell, the plant looks ok. Depending on conditions the bloom can last anywhere from a couple weeks to a month or a bit more. The blooms from my bellina last time around lasted about 3 weeks and I had it outdoors in the heat of the summer. So if yours has been open for a while, it might have just run its course and is fading. Lucky for you it has another bud and spike going and you should see more of this beautiful phal soon.

lol yeah, the second one I posted from my facebook page, I only managed to upload one photo into the photo gallery on this forum. The second one I tried to upload kept giving me error messages, although I know the image wasn't bigger than 2.00 MB... so I decided to let well enough alone.

Thank you for replying, my bloom probably is spent, it stopped being fragrant about a week and a half ago, but the black rimming made me worried as I hadn't seen that on any of my plants yet.
