How do I mount my Phalaenopsis tetraspis

How do I mount my Phalaenopsis tetraspis!
I have done a google search and find several ways of mounting Phalaenopsis tetraspis.
Some place the leaves and head of the plant at the bottom of the mount and roots running UP the mount.
Others mount the plant at the top of the board with the roots running down.
Brooke, how should I mount them! as most of theses are my mates plants and I getting a few freebees for growing them for him
They all will have to be mounted as he does not want them in a pot.
They are all going on to tree fern mounts.

This will be an interesting thread as your other mount thread is as I will also be doing some mounting of Phals and other types as well in the spring.
Thanks for posting
