Thanks for the information. The Burrageara is a cross between Oncidium, Cochlioda, Odontoglossum and Miltonia. I got it as I live in a place that is cool in the winter and the plant is supposed to be 'temperature tolerant'. The plant is in bloom and has a wonderful scent so I wanted it near my desk. I can put it in the hall in a window with the same exposure, but there isn't anything growing in front of the window, so the sun is more direct.
