Need advice on Phal

My mom has a large Phal that bloomed two stems several months ago that have since then grown several keikis off of the stems. She has yet to transplant them, but in the last couple of weeks the outlining edge of each leaf, on both the mother plant and on each of the keikis, has turned a pale green. It is consistent outline, same width all the way around. Any ideas on what this means? Thanks.

Any chance of taking a pic or two - at least one closeup might be of some assistance?

Could be mites. They are chlorophyll eaters, making the leaves loose color, and I have seen them work on the edges in this manor.

Thanks, I will try to get a photo posted on this as well. Cynthia, if it is mites (I will have to check next time I am over there), where can I find the suggested neem oil?

Most Nurseries and home centers carry the hydrophyllic extract of neem. Be sure to keep the plant in the shade and moderately cool for a couple of days after spraying.
