Sixty degrees F is a good choice. It doesn't harm the warm growers, is low enough to satisfy most cool growers, and provides sufficient temperature differential to satisfy the plants that need day/night differential in order to bloom.

i grow a mixed bag of warm and intermediate growers and i keep my nitetime temps at 55 due to the high price of propane....it still costs me a bundle in the winter, but my orchids are worth it, lol.....

It's tough to answer not knowing what kinds of orchids you have but, guessing that you have a mixture of the most commonly grown household orchids, I'd recommend intermediate temps for your green house which is 55-65F (13-18C) night time low.
