You could try applying keiki hormones, available online...

You could try using "Keiki Grow Plus". I'm pretty sure amazon.com has it...

If you can't get your spikes to keiki you might try this method (mentioned on another thread) I think you will get faster results with the mother plant providing the energy however: http://www.orchideenvermehrung.at/cg...bark/index.htm |

Cut the spike fairly short. This promotes keikiing over more flowers.
