Spike or not?

Is this a spike on my den? What do you think? I am so excited because if it is, this will be my own very first one! Except of the one I bought blooming and did not stop ever since

Updates of my first reblooming Den. Here are the pix, but I am leaving in 3 days for a 14 days vacation. I don't think I will see the flowers before I come back. If I could just peek in...
I don't know what color it will be because it was a rescued one.
