yellowing cymbid leaves

I have a large cymbid which has been the slowest growing one this summer.

1) Around June, a psuedobulb lost all its leaves - actually turned black but not mushy. Now it is growing a new shoot.

2) I dscovered last week that one of the new shoots had rotted shoots had rotted. I plucked the top leaves and sprinkled cinnamon. But the remaining leaves have not died yet.

3) Now one of the older shoots -- the middle leaves have turned yeloow and are drying up. All the other leaves appear healthy. Is this normal?

I soak my large cymbids for about 30 min / 2x a week. My other large cymbids are okay. Should I think about a repot?
