Broke off new growth. Hope?

Yesterday I bought 3 new orchids:
Pot Burana beauty Mutation
SLC Hsin Buu Lady "y.t."
Lc Green Veil

They were all nice healthy plants, but since they were past bloom, they were only $5 each! Unfortunately, when I was repotting I broke off one of the new leads =(. Is there any hope for it to continue growing? Or for that same bulb to produce a new growth? There is one more new growth off of a different pb, but I'm still really bummed about it. I could have just smacked myself when I did that!

It happens. I've done it too - most of us have......
There may be another growth point that will develop in the same general area in the next cycle, but my experience is that it probably won't happen during this one.

I broke the Lc Green Veil. I guess it sounds like it happens often, and you just have to hope it will put out new growth next year. It WAS only 5 dollars, so I should just be happy I didn't do it to a $40 one!
