Vanda in bloom

I wanted to give everyone a view of one of my personal favorites. My hubby named her Big Mama, and I got her for a mere $30. Doesn't seem fair, does it! Actually, I almost feel like I stole it since the greenhouse owner wasn't there, and the little old lady who was holding down the fort said she'd take $30 bucks for it. Can't hardly blame me, right?

This is only the 2nd time she's bloomed in a year, but it's worth the wait. I had her under a shady tree and nothing was happening so I moved her to a more sunny place in my poolhouse and she spiked within a couple weeks, so I'm hoping for some more frequent blooming out of her.
