A stumper...I can't find any culture sheets!!!

Ok, here's a challenge...I have an orchid tagged Orleanesia maculata, and while I have found a couple of references to it when googled (funny that google is now an action verb), the two that were in english didn't address culture.

I'm at a loss as to how to care for it. The only comments I've found is that it's from Columbia, and that it has been found as both epiphytic and terrestrial. It resembles a vandrendium... ok, that's me being silly. It looks like a dendrobium in the stalk area, with the elongated cane-like bulb, and it has terete-like leaves like vanda...or actually more like an equitant.

Any suggestions or links? I'd be mighty grateful!
