Hi Overall the plant looks ok. The way it is bending down can be cause by several conditions. 1; lack of a combination of warmth and plenty of water and well fertilized. The extra heat will give better growing conditions. 2; The mix looks very dry and in the open pot/tray it will dry out more quicker! 3; leaves colour looks good. 4; Now saying all that, there is no problem with the leaves bending down like that. Perfection is not so easy to obtain. 5; On the bottom left leaf you have the start of shot hole/fungal problem, keep an eye on it so it does not spread Cheerio Ron |

If you just recently repotted in that mix of bark you might need to soak the entire pot/media/roots in a bucket or other container when you water for awhile. If the bark is not absorbing and retaining enough moisture you may be slowly beginnint to desiccate your plant - which will cause the leaves to continue their drooping even more. Another option may be to just water more often? What is your temperature & humidity like & how often are you presently watering this plant?
