Plant ID

I gave an orchid clinic this morning and one of my friends brought in a plant that was really looking bad. I have no idea what it is but its a mini of some sort. I took this out of its pot and it was so tight with roots that I struggled to get them apart. I cut off some roots, cut off the dying and mushy ps's soaked it in a little worm tea, spread the roots as I could, then potted it up in my own mix. Now its sink or swim time.

I would like an idea what this little guy is. Its only about a foot tall and had numerous spikes of little flowers(mostly dead and gone). Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like it was very pretty. Keep us posted on it's recovery. I would love to see it in full bloom.

I'm no expert but it sure looks like a Twinkle to me too. Any fragrance?

I was also going to say an Onc. They are supposed to be really hardy. (I hope so too because my hubby knocked my new little one over on the patio and stuffed it back in it's little pot, dog hair and all) I went ahead and repotted it.

I would say Oncidium Twinkle, also.

I agree on the Onc. Twinkle guess. I've seen them in different colors too. I think the plant looks good and will most likely make a full recovery.

Well it's definitely an oncidium of some sort. My first guess would be, as others have suggested, Onc Twinkle. My second guess would be Onc ornithorhynchum, which happens to be one of the Twinkle parents.
