I'm not too experienced with paphs, but I believe they can be somewhat unpredictable in terms of spiking. I've had a Paph. delenatii that didn't do anything for 2 years until this year. I tried lowering the temperature, but it could have been coincidence really.

My Paphs are in 2 different spots in my home. Some in the basement under lights, and some in my kitchen and dining room. Those are in a south window, but back with a few other light tolerant plants in front of them. They like to be kept evenly moist (not wet.) Here's a link to the AOS page for their culture. Hi. Maybe you should try re-potting the plant. The medium could be all used up. Paph's have really weird looking hairy darkish roots. If some are rotten or bad, trim them out. I use Aussie Gold for Paph's and they seem quite happy and I do get blooms. They are kept about 4"s off the floor of my greenhouse where it is cool and damp and filtered light. Good luck! |

Paphs should be repotted once a year, either after flowering or in the spring if it has not yet flowered. Paphs often require more than one year to complete a growing and flowering cycle. I recommend continued excellent culture for the plant and a double dose of patience for you.
