Posting Images DOES NOT WORK !!!

I have tried several times to upload images to the Diseases and Pests section but keep getting error messages.

I have tried individual images, I have tried multiple images.....no go !

I am a member of several other forums and have been so for several years, and consider myself fairly experienced in how most forums work.

This one is the only one I have ever had problems uploading images to, is there a problem with the software or server ?

Frustration is setting in ....................

I recall talk about needing 15 posts before you can post a picture. You are almost there. Cynthia

Cynthia's right, I believe. I have had the same problem. Keep posting and you'll get there shortly.

Just returned from a week's hoilday and the memory banks have been totally defragmented and disk doctored with free space erased.

I think I can recall that post about the 15 posts to put up images too.......

Amazing what a good break will do, now, back to the REAL world.

I am biting at the bit to put up some great macro images I have taken of my scale infestation and just keen to share with everyone.

P.S. I think this makes it posting "12"!

Your post about scale infestation reminded me of how I found mealybugs on a little cattelya I have. I think it would be really cool to get a good macro of those things...they look kinda cool even though they're little devils.

You can post pictures as attachments in the current post, directly from your computer ("Go Advanced" and see "Additional Options" at the bottom of the page).
Uploading for the Gallery just doesn't work - a lot of people are complaining about that. I sent messages to Dave to ask what is going wrong, but no answer from him...
So, try attachments

Well, this may be one way to get the images up........hopefully.

This is the infestation that originally got me onto this forum. The heavier infestation of scale was closest to the bulbs. These were shot around 70X magnification.

The lesser infestation occurred further up the leaves and is of a lower magnification.

Let's hope they load up.
