leaves on my flower stalks

I have a Pink Phalaenopsis that appears to have 3 different new sets of leaves growing on the flower stalks, which have already had flowers... what do i do with them? Can I plant them? Leave them? Advice please....

Those are called Keiki's. They're much smaller versions of your adult plant. If left attached to the adult plant they can even bloom while still attached, however most people prefer to detach them once they have enough roots and leaves, and place them in their own pot. They will be exact replicas of your adult plant. Enjoy your new orchids!
