Are these healthy?

I decided to go on a little adventure and take all my orchids out of their pots for the first time to have a look. Some looked good but others I am not sure about, and one may be on its death bed I think. I will post pics of each and please let me know if these roots look OK or not? I know the roots are supposed to be white/green and firm but I don't know specifically how much.

Den #1

Den #2

Den #3 definitely has a problem. A lot of the roots were obviously rotten so I cut them off. The other roots look kinda iffy but they are not super squishy so I left them on. There is a gaping black hole at the base of the main stem. The plant has seemed so healthy I never noticed this was even here. I think it has a baby growing as you can see in the pic.

This one is an oncidium hyrbid and I just don't know what the tangled mess of roots is supposed to look like.

1, 2, and 4 look fine to me (you can see the onc has a new growth). Den 3 isn't as good, but will probably live with good culture.

I agree! The 3rd one should be fine, I would cut back on the watering a schooch with that one.
