One more question:
What should I do next? When re potting is actual or necessary?
(The medium is good yet, but the pots seem to be crowded, some roots started to come out...)

i wouldn't repot anything with new spikes starting--too easy to break them. for plants in sphag it's usually once a year or so. don't worry--just enjoy them for the next few months and then take a look at the medium and decide.

It does look like a new bottom shoot which is unusual on a already flowering plant.

Look closely at the plant where it comes from the pot and see if it has two leaving sections. If as I guess the grower put two plants in the same pot and the second plant is now flowering.

Either way twice the flowers twice the pleasure.

_The yellow one - you are right - is a "double", like Siamese twins, but each part had his own flowers from February until now, when only 3 are alive. Both of them started a new shoot.
_The white one is blooming yet, and also have a pretty fast growing shoot...

So, we are talking about 3 shoots!!!
Since this is my first orchid experience I try not to spoil anything.
