I bet you could find some online. They may not directly advertise it but if you find a plant you really like just use the contact us option and ask them if they would be able to ship to canada with the appropriate certifications and such. I know I have seen some orchids on ebay that advertise they can ship to Canada. Another good thing to try would be to join a orchid society in your area or as close to your as you can find. Sometimes they sell plants or raffle them during the meetings. Most of them usually have a show with a sale too! You can usually get great deals from their sales and tons of information and fun.

To ship legally to Canada requires Health and cities documentation. Costs run $75-125 per shipment. It is not practical for a hobbyist.

Anyone on Ebay is probably shipping illegally unless it is a flask which can be shipped with minimal documentation.

Or unless they are already in Canada, lol! With Ebay especially you'll need to be careful to make sure they have the necessary permits and paperwork if it is not already in Canada. The ones that get shipped illegally risk getting open by customs and you will recieve an empty box or nothing at all an probably no refund either.

Martine,

Here's a Canadian orchid nursery. I've ordered from them before.

Hi Martine,

The orchid mall has a listing of Canadian orchid suppliers. Most (if not all) ship across the country. Have a look.

The Orchid Mall - Plant Sources

Cheers and happy shopping!
Steve

Why go to the bother and paperwork of havign orchids shipped from outside Canada when Canada has many excellent orchid nurseries within its borders? Zypher Orchids is fantastic for Paphs. Check out the Orchidmall and go to the section for vendors then click on Canada.

Chickita,
Hi! I actually get my orchids from local stores, but there's a particular color that I really want that I can never find. I want a green phal. Well, I think they say the color is yellow, but it looks green.
