| Hi! It's mid-Winter here in New Zealand and my Phal has been flowering on 1 spike for about 3 months. The flowers closest to the pot are wilting and falling off but the end ones look ok. At what stage do I cut the stem? and how much stem should I leave in the hopes of more flowering? Thank you for your help |

| You can leave the stem if you want the chance of more flowers. The recommendation is to cut above the first node (right about where the oldest flower formed) after the last flower falls off, but if you leave all the stem until it starts to dry out it will not hurt the plant.
