Newbie needs Help!!

Okay so my boyfriend bought me a P. Long Pride Snow Crane Orchid back in April and it was doing very well up until a couple days ago. The flowers had all bloomed and then they were starting to fall off a few weeks ago, which I thought was normal. But now all of the flowers are off and the stems are turning brown. The leaves are still green and look healthy. I was just wondering if this is the normal process that Orchids take.

Welcome to the forum. It sounds like normal progression of the plant. Although some seem to bloom forever, evertually the flowers and stems die and the cycle starts again. I am sure there will be others on here that will know the specifics for your plant and help you more than I can.

Sounds normal to me, if you haven't done so, now is a good time to repot. Here are a couple of links for you:

Skewer use for watering of orchids

If the stem is brown and dried cut it off. It does not make any difference to the plant. The plant has already discarded it. Cut it low to make the plant look better.
