Are these 'Quick Growing Recipes for Orchids' real?

Most times I use Google and search for anything about orchids, I see an advertisement for 'Fast Growing Orchids Recipe' from a internet site called .sunshine 4u.com, is this any good or rubbish, please HELP

Water, Fertilizer and Sunlight - this is a great fast growing recipe. Add proper size re-potting and fresh growing medium and you are set.

Rooting hormones like SuperThrive and Schultz's root hormones are good for stimulating roots that have dried from shipping bare root or when the plant seems to have gone into hibernation.

I would think everything else is a combination of these.

The ad reminds me of the ads for Miracle-Grow. It is the same product as everyone else but they claim their's is better. Mostly it is because when you buy it you actually use it regularly. Regular care is the key. When you ignore orchids too long they will begin to hibernate. This is a natural reaction that allows the plants to survive in nature.
