Oh, Wolfie!! You have some nice new healthy shoots coming from the base of your Catt. This plant is a sympodial orchid. I don't know if you've ever grown Iris, but it's that type of growth! It starts at the base of the previous growth and extends out! It will start shooting out some big juicy roots from the base of it's new growth, soon.! Keep up the good light, water and then let it dry out (not too long) and then water again.

The light is important here. More light, more moisture. less light, less moisture. This is for Catts! Not all orchids respond to this treatment! Please keep us posted on your progress!
I don't see the "bulb" coming out of the pseudobulb, as you say.... If there is that, it could be a bud for a bloom. Usually the blooms happen, and then the new growth, and then the buds. We'll see!
