| I have a Phalaenopsis and the bulb has 2 stalks. One is healthy and blooming and the other side bloomed and all the leaves fell off. then the stalk started to dry out. I cut half the stalk the other day but it is still drying up. should I leave it alone or cut it all the way to the bottom and leave an inch? Leafs are still green. |

| Hi! Welcome! I would cut the stalk down as you mentioned. I'm a little confused over the term bulb with a Phalenopsis. Are you sure that's what you have, since they don't have bulbs? As long as the leaves are still green and firm, I would say that it was just it's time for the flowering to be over.
