List of intergeneric orchid genus names - anyone else posted this?

I came across this list of intergeneric orchid genus names with abbreviations and the genera that form the cross when looking up my new orchid, a Bollopetalum Midnight Blue 'Cardinal's Roost.' I didn't see the list here, so I'm passing it along in case anyone finds it interesting.
