It depends on what kind of Dendrobium you have. There are over 1000 Dendrobium species and probably a few thousand hybrids. Does it have a tag?

but more likely, you need more light. tell us where the plants are, where you are, conditions, etc.

i live in Singapore.Actually, i have problems uploading photos.i wanted to show that my Dendrobium orchid leaf got some sort of silver thing.

one leaf or many? is it gooey? does it run away when you turn on the light? is it perhaps sunburn from too *much* light? i would think singapore would be Den-Heaven....

Sounds like you might have mites. Try and get the 5 posts and get a picture of the plant as soon as possible. A really good close up of the leaves.
